If you received Restaurant Revitalization Funds (RRF), you are required to submit a report stating the use of funds thus far by December 31, 2021. This report is to be completed and certified in your application portal. Regardless of when you received your funds, program rules allow you to include any eligible expense you have made beginning on February 15, 2020. All recipients that do not fully expend award funds prior to December 31, 2021 will be required to complete annual reporting submissions until they fully expend the award funding or the period of performance expires (March 11, 2023). Additionally, the SBA reserves the right to request supplemental documentation needed to validate the certification.
